Member Registration

If you have played for Freedom Tennis before, please DO NOT fill out this form. Doing so will cause you problems with logging in and registering for a new season, as it creates duplicate player records.

This form allows you to register as a member of Freedom Tennis. It costs nothing to become a member, but will ensure that you are on our mailing list for league announcements and enable you to register for play during the season signups. Filling out this form is required if you wish to play in the league.
